Job Description

Office AdministratorMembership BodyLondon/HybridBasic Salary £25,000 Mon - Fri 9-5pmAn excellent opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a thriving and highly respected Membership Body. Hybrid role office based on Tuesday - Thursday, and primarily working from home on Mondays and Fridays. On occasion, the candidate may be requiredto be onsite on Mondays or Fridays and work some of the evenings to support the Events and External Bookings at the office.The Role of Office Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception services to a high standard, ensuring that all visitors are greeted
  • Oversee the general cleanliness and order of the building, including office areas and meeting If anything is not up to standard, arrange the services required.
  • Answer incoming calls and advise reception queries or transfer the calls to the correct
  • Distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing
  • Manage meeting room bookings and AV requirements for clients and
  • Arrange catering for internal meetings and external
  • Order and maintain an appropriate stock of stationery and kitchen
  • Ensure that the coffee machines are managed, both in supply and

Key Requirements:
  • Previous reception/administrator
  • Excellent organisation, time management and IT skills including MS
