Job Description

I am working with a Major Investment Bank who are looking for a OAD Ops Support analyst/Specialist.you will be primarily responsible for the Collateral Management function within Operations, supporting the bi-lateral and cleared Repo margin processes. This requires sound decision making, experience to support the team and good controls to support therisk agendaThe client is exercising a hybrid working policy - 3 days a week in their London office.Responsibilties

  • To support and help develop the current Collateral Management function covering Stock Borrow Loans (SBLs), Repo Margins (Bi-Lateral), and implement new initiatives relating to Trade Finance
  • Assist teams with building robust frameworks from UAT planning, testing and implementation.
  • To be the Subject Matter Expert on Repo / Financing Collateral matters
Requirements
  • Previous experience of Post Trade Services and Collateral Management essential (focus on bi-lateral and cleared Repo margin processing)
  • Experience of delivering new projects, processes and reviewing / improving existing workflows
  • Sound knowledge of market regulations including SFTR,
  • Demonstrates good influencing and negotiations skills
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to deal effectively at all levels
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, capable of manipulating financial data
  • Self-motivated, energetic, flexible and collaborative
  • Ability to identify efficiencys and suggest methods to implement change to existing process
