Job Description

Summary£25,850 to £33,000* per annum - This isnt supporting the frontline. This is the heart of the action.Our Quality Assurance Department is looking for a Nutrition Administrator to join their team in an exciting time of rapid expansion for Lidl. The team have continued to pride themselves on not only meeting, but exceeding the expectations of every customer,through providing products of the highest possible quality across our stores.We have moved to a fully flexible model of mobile working for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. We feel it is important that, where possible, we offer our colleagues as much flexibilityas possible and trust our teams to determine the right environments that work most effectively for them.What youll do

  • Ensuring the collation of accurate information is maintained
  • Maintaining historical nutrition information
  • Regularly reviewing market trends
  • Identifying relevant artwork to update databases
  • Monitoring competitor positions in salt, sugar and calories
  • Supporting the Nutrition team in influencing product development
  • Carrying out sensory analysis of revised nutrient products
  • Assisting in any other Quality Assurance related tasks
What youll need
  • A degree in a nutrition/food science related discipline is desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of current and emerging Government reduction schemes
  • Analytically minded, pragmatic and highly professional
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Organised with strong time management skills
  • Strong multi tasker who enjoys working to schedules and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good presentation skills and confident when presenting to an audience
  • UK driving license is desired
  • Highly competent user of Microsoft excel
