Job Description

Job Title: Nursery Room LeaderLocation: TootingSalary: £22,000-£24,000 per year depending on experienceJob type: Full Time - PermanentAre you a fun, enthusiastic person with a passion for inspiring and challenging young minds Then youre the person for us!We are looking for an experienced Room Leader to join our exciting and dynamic team. This is your chance to work with a family run setting to provide an outstanding service for the children and their families at the nursery.The Role:Your role as Room Leader will include -

  • Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and staff
  • Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
  • Applying knowledge of EYFS to encourage child development skills
  • Mentoring members of the team
Candidate Requirements:In order to be considered for the role of Room Leader, you will need -
  • A passionate and positive attitude
  • 2 years experience as a Room Leader or assistant Room Leader within an early years setting
  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in child care
  • Ability to lead & manage a small team
