  • Up to £26,000 per annum
  • 40 hours per week, (Shift Patterns of 7.30am - 3.30pm and 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday)

Syon Nursery is a brand-new nursery specialising in providing both care and education for children with neurodevelopmental diversity and will be closely support by our established regional clinical and wellbeing team. The Nursery facilities contains threeseparate rooms which holds a maximum of 15 children per room. Due to being a specialist nursery, staff ratios are matched to the childrens needs.Syon Nursery is based in Isleworth, London.The opportunityEnjoy a rewarding education career and have a real impact on children and young peoples lives. Join an amazing team creating supportive, nurturing environments where our pupils achieve far more than they ever expected.As a Nursery Practitioner, you will connect directly with the brilliant children and young people we care for, helping to make sure they get the very best from their education. Individually they may have a diagnosis of SEN or in the process of being assessedfor identified areas of SEN. They have so much potential, and they will rely on you to guide their learning journeys bespoke to them.You will help prepare learning materials and run classroom activities, with plenty of hands-on experience and some supervision too. You will take responsibility for their emotional and physical needs, supporting them to develop as individuals and engagewith the world.You will face challenges and overcome them as you flourish and thrive, sharing your skills and learning from others as your career takes you as high as you always dreamed you could go.Every day will be different, but you will have all the support you need, with lots of skills and experience to draw on along with valuable advice and guidance too.Who we are looking for
  • Level 3 qualified with good knowledge of the EYFs (if you are level 2 looking to develop into your level 3 qualification we would still like to hear from you as we have apprenticeship opportunities)
  • Must have worked in Early Years setting as a keyworker to children
  • Must have experience of carrying out planned activities linked to children interest and curriculum, managing children learning journeys and ensuring the safety and welfare of children.
  • Have experience of working in a team and sharing ideas.
  • Have a passion for working with neurodiverse children.
You will be adaptable and ready to work in a variety of classroom roles, both indoors and outside according to individual need. Taking a responsive and caring approach, you may be running classroom activities, leading outdoor experiences or supervising childrenas they explore further afield.Our schools are built on great teamwork and mutual support.
