*Nursery Area Manager - SW London*Full time**Salary paying up to £44k*Essentially the person would be in charge of all curriculum development, staff training and H&S checks in the company, as well as training and developing the staff in creating "Outstanding Practice " in the nursery group.They would be based in one nursery and visit the other 2 once day each per week.Salary would be £42,000 - £44,000 plus car, private health, pension, bonus,ROLETo successful manage the nursery and work as an effective member of the nursery team delivering flexible, high-quality education and care that meets the needs of the young children and their families. Ensure compliance with all company policies, Health &Safety legislation, Safeguarding polices & proceedures, Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory and non-statutory Framework and requirements as laid down by the Government regulated by OFSTED.
