NURSE OUTSTANDING CARE HOME - BALHAM SW12 / Salary: £37,545.24 - £39,688.72 per annum DOE / 44 Hours per weekA nurse is needed to join a very well respected OUTSTANDING CQC rated nursing home.The service is a 200 bed service providing residential, nursing, dementia and palliative care.This is an independent charity which has been serving the community for over 175 years.The responsibilities of the Nurse include:Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate a high standard of person centred care, with an holistic view of the individual needs of each resident.Liaise with residents, relatives, our GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team on site.Responsible for managing the unit in the absence of the Unit Manager, and will be in charge of the unit during your shifts, as well as having longer termWorking with dementia and palliative care client groups would be beneficial.All applicants for the Nurse role require:Registered nurse qualification - RGN/RMN with a valid NMC PINExperience within nursing homes preferable but not essentialExcellent communication skillsSatisfactory references and DBS checkDedication to the roleCall Amanda at Time Recruitment today!
