Job Description

A global outsourced call centre is urgently looking for a professional Norwegian speaking Team Leader to be involved in their vibrant team in London. Within your role as a Team Leader you will be managing a team of agents ensuring their productivity, performance and the quality of their work, making sure exceptional first-class customer service is provided.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your team of agents directly and being responsible for reaching the teams goals
  • Monitoring each agents work and identifying training needs, as well as guiding, coaching and motivating your team
  • Optimising the profit generated by the team
  • Maintaining knowledge of products and keeping up to date with new products and promotions
    • About you:The ideal candidate will be a confident, well-spoken individual who is dynamic and stress-resistant and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.   • Required to be fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or previous experience managing a team in an office environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan, anticipate, monitor, adapt and react
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude along with a good team spirit
  • Ability to prioritise work and able to work well in a fast-faced environment
  • Strong IT skills
