Non Functional Test Specialist, Outside IR35, Security Cleared, SC cleared, CTC clearedMy client, a leader in the public sector, is seeking a non functional test specialist to work initially from home but then from their London based HQ.The purpose of the role is to deliver the Non-Functional testing and assurance related activities on a Digital Policing project. This includes: testing and assurance activities carried out by the 3rd-party development teams, creating/reviewing test documentation including planning and delivering the technical, business and user acceptance testing carried out.The Non-Functional Test Specialist, working with the project team, the development and support teams, as well as key users and stakeholders, is expected to deliver an efficient and adequate Non-Functional testing service to Digital Policing projects and to pro-actively identify and resolve Non-Functional test related project risks.In addition to the above, the Test Specialist will also have responsibility for test design and analysis, test case specification, test process co-ordination, setting up of test environments (including tools and data), and for hands-on technical testing (test execution), regression testing and test reporting.3. Work ActivitiesThe Non-Functional Test Specialist needs to be a suitably skilled IT professional who is experienced in the testing of complex secure IT systems. Knowledge, both technical and business oriented, of middleware, platforms and their processes is required
