* Night Care Assistant* Elderly Care* Dementia CareAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Care Assistant to work in a care home. The home is located in the Hendon area of north west London.The organisation is looking for a confident, competent Care Assistant to work with the night care team in looking after and caring for the elderly residents. The ideal candidate will be one who has the values and compassion to care for the residents unconditionally.You will also need experience of working as a Care Assistant previously working days or nights. It would be an advantage if you have an understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to ensuring person centered care. This role offers the chance to join a friendly,supportive staff team and organisaiton, that is committed to developing and supporting its staff.There is excellent training for staff at all levels and the chance to progress through the company with a tailored personal development plan.
