Job Description

We are currently working with a leading residential developer who are looking to employ an experienced new homes sales negotiator. They have developed an enviable reputation for delivering design led, mixed use developments across the capital for over 20 years and require an energetic and committed sales person who is able to covert a large amount of enquiries into sales on a busy site in East London.Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers through the sales journey, including managing their visit to the marketing suite, noting enquiries and encouraging sales.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining the presentation of show homes and the sales office.
  • Qualifying potential buyers to ensure conversion rates are kept high.
  • Management of the companys database: ensuring seamless track of all data.
  • Managing online enquiries and converting these to face to face appointments at the marketing suite
  • Help to manage aspects of sales progression including regular contact with customers to ensure they are fully informed throughout the home buying process.
  • Previous experience of new homes sales is essential for this role, including a working knowledge of Help to Buy procedures.You will be working in a team which is designed to succeed through the delivery of exceptional customer service and you will need to demonstrate this when dealing with potential customers and internal stakeholders. This is a busy, fast paced sites and all applicants should be personable, composed, self-motivated and efficient.This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long term development with a realistic opportunity to achieve an OTE of £65,000+.
