We are delighted to be working with our client who are a well-established developer in the London area. They are looking for a New Homes Client Care Coordinator to join the team at their Fulham office and help them to achieve and exceed customer expectations.Youll be the main point of contact for general queries so you will need to have first class written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to keep a cool head under pressure.We are looking for someone who is creative, friendly and polite who can handle tricky situations in a professional manner.Part of the job will involve going on visits with customers, agents, interior designers and surveyors as well as conducting handover and home demonstrations, so youll be happy to work in a front line customer service position.
