Job Description

MVP Recruitment is an established recruitment firm working with many of the top financial firms in the industry nationwide.Our client is a highly successful and award winning IFA business based in Central London. They are looking to bring on a Chartered Financial Advisor to join their team, and directly work with the Partners of the firm. The firm has been active for over 30years, and have a very good reputation in the wealth management space due to their investment propositions (which has them working with a range of High Net-Worth clients).The incoming advisor would be taking over the client bank of one of the managing partners and would be expected to maintain and build the client bank. This advisor would also be working closely with the partners. The ideal planner would have interests andexpertise in investments and pensions and be comfortable dealing with HNW clients, as this is their standard client demographic. The client is offering a very competitive salary up to £85,000/Annum, with benefits included, as well as a tailored bonus structureto be discussed and agreed with the managing partners.Requirements:

  • Must be Level 4 Qualified (DipPFS/DipFA/CISI IAD).
  • Must be Chartered i.e. APFS/Advanced Dip FA/MCSI
  • Well organised and IT literate.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to communicate with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Have at least 5 years within regulated financial planning.
  • Self-motivated, with an ability to work and think under own initiative.
