Job Description

Networks & OSS Business Analyst Tasks

  • Responsible for performing various aspects of business analysis including: process analysis, requirements analysis and data analysis in client facing roles across the Networks and OSS domains of our Telco and Media clients
  • Define KPIs, support the definition of business cases and document both functional and non-function requirements in a manner suitable for inclusion in a requirements document or RFx
  • Facilitate and run workshops providing input and inspiration to help put stakeholders in the right mindset to tease out their needs
  • Be confident communicating with stakeholders in technical and operational roles, management and C-Level
  • Be able to not just take clients requirements at face value but also probe and challenge to find the real business goals ensuring that requirements are not just a definition of what current systems and processes do

Qualifications
  • Able to effectively communicate complex technical issues to a varied base of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of network management and/or OSS domains
  • Knowledge of analytics and dashboarding/reporting tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI
  • Experience of supporting RFP processes either as vendor or client
  • Experience in the Telco and Media market either within an operator, technology vendor, systems integrator or consultancy
