Job Description

Network Solutions Architect (CCIE) London or Home BasedUp to £95,000 + BonusOur client is an IT Service provider r, and theyre currently seeking a CCIE certified Network Solutions Architect to join their team. Suitable candidates will have solid experience across the Cisco portfolio particularly SDN and Contact Center. You will also be passionate about core networking as well as next generation technologies.Key responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the Presales, Sales and technical teams
  • Contribute to customer IT and business strategies including continuous improvement programmes
  • Creating high level and low level solution designs for network, security and other projects
  • Technical lead for Proposal and bid writing
  • A mentor and sounding board for on-site managed service teams
  • Writing vendor neutral option papers
  • Providing trusted advisor services to managed service customers including as technical design authority services
    • Experience required:
  • CCIE Certified
  • A strong technical background across a broad range of Network, Security, Data Centre and Cloud technologies
  • Experience with other vendors such as Palo Alto, Juniper, HP, Checkpoint etc
  • Experience of next gen networking solutions - ACI, Firepower, NSX etc
  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances and think / act under pressure
  • Able to learn new technologies quickly and constructively challenge solution design
  • Strong leadership skills, confident and professional
  • Excellent organisational, communicational, administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Able to effectively manage multiple tasks without compromising attention to detail
