We’re Mind, the mental health charity.Nationally, we campaign to raise awareness, promote understanding and drive change. We’re also the first point of call for information and advice to empower millions of people every year.Locally, in communities across England and Wales, independent local Minds provide life-changing, face-to-face support to almost half a million people each year.With public awareness of mental health higher than ever before, the work of Mind nationally and across the federation of local Minds, has never been more relevant.Reporting to the Head of Network Fundraising, you will provide consultative support to Mind’s network of 115 localMinds across all public fundraising disciplines. You will deliver a package of support which will have a transformational impact on fundraising at a local level through upskilling and capacity building. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fostering relationships and ensuring that we put local Minds at the heart of our planning and new product development.With significant experience (at strategic, or operational level) in at least two public fundraising disciplines, i.e. community, events, legacies, individual giving, you will have demonstrable experience of project management coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
