Job Description

Network Officer - Relationship Management£28,000 - £30,000A leading body in the UK is currently seeking a Network Officer to encourage, measure, manage and develop member engagement across the Branch Network.This will include:

  • Working with the Branch Network Manager to deliver an Events Programme for Branches
  • Supporting the delivery of national and regional programmes of events and digital engagement through the Branch Network, working with volunteers and Branch Network Officers
  • Supporting the promotion and marketing of Branch Network webinars, in-person and local discussion group events to members, students and the public
  • Developing relationships with other bodies and providers to facilitate cost sharing and cross promotion and collaboration around education generally
  • Systematically engaging with committees throughout the year, ensuring they are aware of best practices and guidance and are confident in their roles as volunteers
  • Attending industry events to promote the Branch Network
  • Supporting the process of branch prize winners
To apply you should have the following skills and experience:
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills (Relationship Management) including call and email handling
  • Be a highly skilled CRM user
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, team player skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
  • Be competent in MS Office Packages
  • Be competent in Adobe InDesign and Kentico CMS
  • Have the ability to use customer engagement platforms, e.g. Dotdigital
  • Have the ability to use office IT systems, e.g. CRM, Office 365 etc.
