Job Description

  • The role is for a Network Security Engineer to support the Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations team
  • This team is responsible for fielding solutions that defend against a wide range of threats to the business and customers
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working closely with various internal infrastructure and cybersecurity technology teams to ensure complete and consistent embedding of native security baseline configurations as well as embedding of additional control from Cybersecurity Core Engineering
  • Engagement with platform vendor security best practice experts and to operationalise default risk mitigating configurations
REQUIREMENTS
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with large, complex programmes and deeply technical, global expert teams
  • Extensive hands-on Forescout experience with network access control and segmentation
  • Analysis of requirements, configuration, implementation, troubleshooting
  • Excellent understanding of cybersecurity principles, global financial services business models, as well as regional compliance standards, relevant local regulations, and applicable laws
  • Understanding and knowledge of common industry cyber security frameworks, standards and methodologies
  • OWASP, ISO2700x series, PCI DSS, GLBA, GDPR, global data security and privacy acts, FFIEC guidelines, CIS and NIST standards
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience of understanding and meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders
