Network Engineer - £45,000 – Hybrid, LondonA well established and rapidly growing MSP that specialises in cloud communication, unified communications and cyber security are looking for an ambitious Network Engineer to join their team. This Network Engineer role would suit an IT professional eagerto broaden their skills and further their career in unified communications, security, networking, cloud services and collaboration. This MSP offers great career development opportunities with the chance to move into a Projects Engineering Role.As a Network Engineer at this MSP you will ensure an excellent service and experience is delivered to every client. This role will be a blend of in the office, at home and on client site working as you work to troubleshoot and resolve customer system issuesincluding software, hardware, and network problems.To be suitable for this Network Engineer role you will possess the following relevant experience:Experience working within an MSP, ISP, IT or VoIP/UCaaS/CCaaS background.A proven working knowledge and experience of network technologies and principles such as VLANS, VPN’s and firewallsExcellent understanding and experience with implementing IT networks including SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and Security.Experienced at deploying WLANs including design and troubleshooting.Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative both on your own and as part of a team – must be confident to question.Excellent communication skills - both written and verbalStrong focus on customer experienceThe ideal candidate will have previous MSP or ISP (internet service provider) experience – and any exposure to Fortinet would be advantageous.This role sits within a friendly, supportive team – all of whom have a great sense of humour – and they are looking for someone that can proactively contribute to their environment and culture.The salary on offer for this role is up to £45,000 plus benefits.
