City hedge fund requires skilled Network Administrator. The Network Administrator will join the thriving UK arm of this international business and will ideally have previous hands on experience within a trading environment, hedge fund services provider , FinTech or Financial services organisation.The Network Administrator will come with at least 3 years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise or low latency networks, Strong knowledge of switching, routing (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPLS, IPSEC) and multicast (IGMP, PIM) protocols and hands on Linux experience (installing services and packages, network configuration, troubleshooting)We welcome strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, PRTG, Splunk and associated protocols and the Network Administrator should have good scripting skills in Python or equivalent . Experience with wireless networks and knowledge of RF principles are strong desired.The Network Administrator will be a strong communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders of all levels across regional and global offices.
