Today, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, continues to break records across countries, channels, and categories.What the job does:We’re looking for an ambitious National Account Manager to join our fabulous Commercial team. You’ll be responsible for establishing, building and nurturing strategic partnerships with our amazing retail partners as well as identifying new commercial opportunitiesand negotiating best in class reciprocal support to effortlessly bring the Tilbury magic to life in stores and online.You’ll have a commercial mindset with a natural ability to reach creative results and achieve ambitious growth targets. You will be highly numerate, target-driven, commercially savvy, and passionate about working in the beauty industry.Role Accountabilities:Trading Relationships

  • Establish and maintain amazing relationships at all levels within your designated accounts, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, to ensure that the Charlotte Tilbury brand is positioned to deliver more than its due share of voice, visibilityand exposure.
  • Conduct successful commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, space and location, in-store visibility, and support with Buying and Merchandising teams.
  • Ensure a top-line and detailed understanding of retail context, category and individual store performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs.
  • Own all net sales forecasting for defined retailers, meeting all financial deadlines and budget submissions, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner.
  • Deliver limitless plans to maintain and drive #1 ranking across the estate.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, and proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
  • Retain agility to react to retail trends and maximise opportunities across retailers.
  • Monitor, manage, and optimise performance.
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Store Design to create and deliver an annual plan for each retailer covering: activation of key launches and marketing moments, eventing, store/retailer animation, considering both customeracquisition and retention. Review implementation and performance vs expectations on a regular and appropriately frequent basis.
  • Build strong working relationships with our fabulous Retail team, utilising insight from the field and engaging the team in the execution of the trading plans.
  • For new markets or trading partners, onboard and build out bespoke launch plans appropriate to the market and retailer to reach and sustain #1 ranking.
  • Support the development and performance of National Account Executive and wider team, building functional expertise and driving relationship management with the trade.
  • Support National Account Executives to lead relationships with defined accounts, supporting key decision making and strategy, but giving autonomy and accountability.
Driving Performance

Team Management

  • Support National Account Executives to lead relationships with defined accounts, supporting key decision making and strategy, but giving autonomy and accountability.
Requirements
  • Extensive and proven experience as a Senior National Account Manager / National Account Manager, ideally within beauty/luxury/fashion industry though open to other industries.
  • Fluency or proficiency in at least one modern foreign language (i.e. French, Spanish, Italian or German) is preferred but not essential.
  • You will be highly numerate, target-driven, commercially savvy, keen to find creative solutions to challenges and passionate about working in the beauty industry.
