Job Description

Social Creative Salary is £35-45k, depending on experience3-4 days in office A bit about the opportunityWe are looking for a Social Media Creative with several years experience, to join the Team Social at a leading agency specializing in all things social media, content and digital. Team Social are a close-knit team of around 10 people, who pride themselveson thinking of exciting, modern creative ideas, then working out how they workand roll out the creative on the various platforms.Team Social work across the full portfolio of the agency, so the successful candidate will have a varied workload and will have the opportunity to experience a myriad of clients and campaigns. Plus, opportunities to work on pro bono/charity clients and newbusiness pitches.Responsibilities include:The role will be very varied in terms of day to day tasks, however key responsibilities will include:

  • Development of social / digital creative concepts, including supporting rationale, storyboarding and best practice considerations
  • Mapping out full social campaigns and making recommendations on which platforms/formats to use that work into the clients overall strategy
  • Feeding into social strategy proposals from a creative/best practice point of view
  • Attending shoots, briefing and working closely with Designers/Editors etc to create content
  • Pushing creative boundaries and being innovative with recommendations for formats and channels in the digital space
  • Advising teams and clients on the latest social trends and developments
  • Influencer & partnership proposals
A bit about youThe right candidate would have:
  • A passion about all things social media and digital trends
  • A keen interest in popular culture and passion for music, fashion & gaming
  • An understanding of the current influencer landscape - whos out there and whats working
  • Experience in a creative role on shoots, working alongside directors and editors
  • A thorough knowledge of key social channels, formats and best-practice
  • An entrepreneurial spirit eagerness to learn
  • Confidence working alongside a range of client & creative teams
  • Good presentation skills (ability to explain / sell ideas to others, including to clients)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Adobe Photoshop (not essential and training can be provided)
  • Approximately 2-5 years experience in a relevant role
