Music Lecturer - St Austell - £26,000 (Pro Rata: £11,942) - Closing Date: 5 April 2021 - Hours per week: 17 - Weeks per year: 52If you wish to apply please visit our website at in order to create a profile and submit an application.Based at Cornwall College St Austell we are looking for an experienced individual to work as part of our new Creative and Digital Academy as a Lecturer in Music. You will work with the Curriculum Area Manager and Study Programme Manager to develop curricula and ensure coherence between the assessment units and wider industry style projects, supporting students and helping them to make a smooth transition into Higher Education, Sustainable Employment or Apprenticeship. Youll be working in a creative setting where cross collaboration with all of the subjects of TCDA is encouraged and developing links with the local and wider industry is a must. Your ideas and proactive action in recruiting to the course and ensuring its sustainability will be supported and continually encouraged.The ability to work flexibly across disciplines, experience of a range of teaching methods, support for group and individual work and working as part of a team, delivering workshops and practical sessions is vital.The Creative and Digital Academy is home to those who are practising creatives and outstanding teachers in their own right.
