Job Description

Multi-trader£32k-£36k Basic Salary (depending on experience) + Fully Expensed Van + Overtime and strong overall package + Pension + Benefits etc. Location - South West London, mainly responsible for covering areas such as Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge etc. All work is very local to each other. Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Multi-trader to join one of our clients who specialise in property maintenance services throughout high end residential properties.The Role:

  • Joining the business as a Multi-trader, youll be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance works throughout high-end residential properties. No social housing work.
  • Ideally youll come from a mixed multi-trades background, carrying out carpentry including kitchen repairs, bathroom repairs, bathroom and kitchens installs etc. along with minor plumbing works, brickwork, plastering, decoriting and tiling.
  • Location of work is all around West London High-End properties. No extensive travel required.
    • Key Skills & Experience Required:
  • You must have relevant experience as a multi-trader working in domestic and residential properties.
  • Hold relevant NVQ or City and Guilds certificates.
  • Must live within a commutable distance to West London, South West London, Middlesex etc.
