This exceptional company specialise in general reactive maintenance and repair works to residential properties across London. Due to expansion, growth, and a strong order book, they are currently looking for experienced Property Maintenance specialists (with plumbing experience) to join the team on a long-term sub-contract basis covering the London patch. Please note, this position is demanding and fast paced which requires applicants to work to tight deadlines, work on their own initiative and be good at problem solving, whilst maintaining professionalism and high-quality work at all times. The role: General Property Maintenance + Plumbing (skills preferred include- painting / decorating /carpentry/general building works/ plumbing/electrics ) Working alone on both occupied and unoccupied residential homes (unsupervised) Allocated jobs from Tuesday - Saturday from 9am - 6 pm.
