Due to expansion, growth, and a strong order book, they are currently looking for experienced Multi-Trade Property Maintenance specialists to join the team on a long-term sub-contract basis covering the North London Patch.Please note, this position is demanding and fast paced which requires applicants to work to tight deadlines, work on their own initiative and be good at problem solving, whilst maintaining professionalism and high-quality work at all times. With guaranteed long-term work and exceptional rates meaning you can earn £1000-1600 per week this is an opportunity not to be missed. The role: General Property Maintenance + Plumbing (skills preferred include- painting / decorating /carpentry/general building works/ plumbing) Working alone on both occupied and unoccupied residential homes (unsupervised) Allocated jobs from Monday - Friday from 9am - 6 pm.
