We are looking for an experienced Multi trader to focus on reactive works within the patch. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor for thearea directly.You will be covering our West Region, North Neighbourhood including Barnet, Camden, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and surrounding areas and will be given an L&Q van for business use. It is essential to have a driving license to carry outthis role and you must have your own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)Our Plumber Multi is expected to carry out a range of tasks inclusive of Bath Tap repairs/replacements Bath chip repairs ,Shower installs bothelectric and Thermostatic, Kitchen sink repair/replacement along with possible worktop change, W/C Overhauls New Cooper pipe install, Have a Good understanding of all types of pipe work and knowledge of fault finding within properties to identify Leaks .Basicknowledge of other trades as you may be asked to assist others. The ideal candidate will have the relevant City and Guilds/NVQ qualifications or will be qualified by experience. We will expect you to have effective communication skills, have experience ofworking in a building and/or housing maintenance environment including a knowledge of a varied housing stock.Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to L&Q and as a first line of contact to our residents we expect you to have outstanding customerservice and ability to deliver a right first time service. Limiting follow ons and increasing satisfaction.Our in house maintenance team core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general.
