We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to join Clarion Housing on a permanent basis.Salary: £30,606 or £32,856 - depending on experienceIf you are an experienced tradesman who is able to deliver a first-class repairs service across a variety of properties based in North, East and South London we would like to hear from you. We are looking for carpenters, plasterers, roofers, electricians, multi trade, plumbers and handypersons.Clarion Response provides repairs and maintenance services to more than 125,000 homes and is part of Clarion Housing Group, the largest housing association in the UK. They complete over 1,000 responsive repairs every day and are committed to providing ahigh-quality service for all the residents.With a relevant qualification in your primary trade as a plumber and one or more secondary trades you will have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.Youll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools youll need.
