Job Description

Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative requiredThe company is looking for an exceptional Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative with great communication skills for one of our clients managing the portfolio of high-profile properties in London and surrounding areas.What will you be doingJoining our team as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative, you would be responsible for day to day responsive repairs as well as delivery of planned maintenance projects and in between tenancies renovations.What we require:

  • Multi-skills in trades like carpentry, decorating, tiling, plastering, basic electric and basic plumbing
  • You will have to have your own tools and a valid driver’s license.
  • Good attitude, punctuality, good communication skills.
    • What we offer:
  • Starting Salary from £16 per hour depending on experience regular increases based on performance
  • Van, mobile phone, and materials will be provided
