Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a MOT Tester to join their business based out of their Lexus Reading Dealership. This role offers unlimited earning potential as well as guaranteed bonus while on holiday and on training!As a MOT Tester, you would be responsible for reviewing work on customers vehicles, completing MOTs, ordering relevant parts and completing the work to the highest of standards. They are also accountable for the highest level of repair and maintenance.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MOT Tester that is looking to increase their OTE and knowledge of hybrid vehicles.About the role of MOT Tester:* Completing MOTs on customers vehicles* Completing major and minor repairs* Fault finding and fault diagnosis of cars* Using diagnostic tools to find faults and repair as necessary* Replacing parts and completing work where required* Working with other centre areas (Service, Parts, etc) and keeping all informed* Meeting or exceeding efficiency and productivity targets* Conducting road tests with customers* Light and full service workExperience Required to be a Vehicle Technician/ MOT Tester* Hold a valid NVQ level or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance* Hold a valid MOT license* Experience working within a main dealer environment- Ideal* Have worked previously to efficiency & productivity targets* Take great care and pride in your work giving no return visits for customers* Have a passion for the Automotive industry and want to develop further* Want to learn and develop your knowledge of Hybrid carsAbout the Company* Excellent basic salary + Uncapped Monthly bonus* Ability to progress through internal promotion* Excellent benefits package, including pension, healthcare, NCP Parking Discount, Free eye test, car discounts and schemes* Lexus trainingIf youre looking for a Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester role within a business that promotes positive change and development, then this is the role for you.
