Job Description

My client is a small but successful independent Wealth Management Consultancy. Due to an increased demand in business, they are now looking to recruit an extra member of the team. An experienced Mortgage Administrator/Paraplanner to support the Director/Financial Advisor.Duties will include:-

  • Working alongside a director/financial advisor assisting in advice & processing all of the case
  • Collecting financial information & evaluate creditworthiness and eligibility for obtaining a mortgage loan & comply with financial rules & regulations
  • Identify & recommend products that meet the clients needs & the organisations lending guidelines & guide the client through the mortgage process
  • Prepare and submit mortgage loan applications & review regularly to determine if anything is outstanding & to help the process to offer.
  • Inform clients about loan approval or rejection & help resolve problems with applications
  • Ensure compliance with privacy laws and confidentiality policies throughout the process
  • The successful applicant will possess:-
  • CEMAP qualification & have 5+ years in a financial planning role or the consumer loan industry
  • Ability to work independently & use initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Office and preferably Intelligent Office & Trigold
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong & positive long-term relationships & speak regularly with clients
