Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner - City, LondonUp to £30k Basic + Benefits + excellent bonus potential (£35 - £45k OTE)A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner / Mortgage Administrator to join our client, an award winning financial services brokerage.This is a great fun, busy and fast paced environment.You will be assisting one of the Senior Mortgage Brokers with mortgage administration, keying mortgage applications; preparation of client files; liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders etc.As you establish yourself within the role, you will have the opportunity to assist with providing mortgage advice, attending client meetings, completing fact finds etc.Applicants will need to be highly professional, being comfortable dealing with a wide range of clientele, including High Net Worth and UHNW individuals.This is a great career opportunity for someone with drive and enthusiasm.Fluency in Bulgarian will be highly advatageousResponsibilities:Regular liaison with lenders to obtain updates on applicant status and proactively progress mortgage applications through to offer.Experience of keying mortgage applications.Assisting Financial Consultants in preparation for client meetings.Researching products.Skills & Experience Required:A minimum of 2 years mortgage administration experience.Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.A team player with ability to use own initiative.Ideally educated to degree level.CeMAP qualified desiredUp to £35k Basic + Bonus + BenefitsMortgage Administrator, mortgage processor, mortgage underwriter, PA, Personal Assistant, cemap, mortgage adviser, graduate, case owner, solicitors, lenders, packaging, packager, paraplanner
