Job Description

Budding Recruitment is looking for term time Montessori Teachers for a lovely Montessori Nursery in Watford . Hours are 8.30am - 1.00pm . The job involves working with chlildren aged 2 -5 years old.The role would involve the following responsibilities:

  • Montessori Teacher must be Passionate about working with childcare.
  • Montessori Teacher will be following Montessori and EYFSCurriculum.
  • Montessori Practitioner needs to be responsible for planning activities and the assessment of children, to aid with the overall development of the pupils.
  • Montessori Teacher needs to carry out observations and assessment of pupils and record keeping.
  • Montessori needs to follow all the Policies such as Safeguarding, Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Good Communication skills and to communicate with parents updating them about their childs day at the nursery.
  • Self-motivated and can work as part of a tea
  • Strong organisational skills and time management
  • Flexible and wiling to adapt
  • Positive professional ethics.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and develop
