Job Description

Role: Monitoring OfficerLocation: LondonContract: 12 MonthsDaily Rate: CompetitiveKey Skills and Experience:

  • A strong and demonstrated ability to undertake broad compliance monitoring activities by demonstrating knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements in relation to all business lines located in the UK.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on complex regulatory compliance issues at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Produce written documents articulating key aspects of issues identified, along with full impact analysis on relevant business areas.
  • Resolve conflict and deal with confrontation through tact and skill.
  • Assertive, analytical, accurate and tenacious.
  • Display initiative in identifying and presenting solutions to support activities and plans.
  • Forward looking and focused on effective processes and increasing efficiency.
  • Practical and pro-active approach.
  • Self-motivated, and well organised.
  • A good understanding of relevant existing, and emerging regulatory requirements.
  • Professional qualifications, such as the CISI Diploma or equivalent.
    • Additional Requirements:
  • Eligible to work in the UK without the need of visa support/sponsorship
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
