Job description:Description of the Business Line or Department The desks main mission is primarily to finance SGIL balance sheet and manage liquidity, funding and market risks associated with SGIL activity. It notably includes: * Funding and managing short-term liquidity positions resulting from SGIL activity; * Managing SGILs prudential liquidity requirements; * Maintaining SGILs regulatory liquid asset buffer; * Managing SGILs intraday liquidity risks; * Hedging foreign exchange and interest rate risks resulting from SGIL activity; * Managing SGILs nostro accounts (Activity to be effectively transferred from CCM). * Responsible for ILAA, CFP, and other policies Summary of the key purposes of the role * Management of liquidity (extraday and intraday) * Management of liquidity ratios and regulatory liquidity requirement * Management of the liquid Asset Buffer * Management of market and structural risks for the desk Coordinating the ILAA process and redaction Organizing the CFP and updating its e CFP document Updating various other policies owned by the treasury Representing the desk in transformation projects Summary of responsibilities * Execute money market, FX, repo deals in the name of SGIL * Prudently finance the balance sheet on a daily basis * Provide liquidity to SGIL London business departments * Maintain the regulatory liquidity buffer * Manage the nostros accordingly (Activity to be effectively transferred from CCM). * Provide analysis of desk P/L * Manage market and structural risks of the desk * Contribute to meetings in particular ALCO preparation Collaborate with desks stakeholders (Risq, Gbsu, Alm...)Coordinating the ILAA process and redaction Organizing the CFP and updating the CFP document Updating various other policies owned by the treasury Level of autonomy and authority Autonomy in executing day to day transactions Profile description:Competencies LANGUAGES: EnglishFrench SKILLS: Knowledge of SGIL business model and liquidity driversKnowledge of the money market, short term IR, and FX swap marketsKnowledge and understanding of main central banks policies, targets and toolsAbility to price/trade yield curves, understanding of derivative productsMathematicsMacro-EconomicsFinancial product & derivativesRegulatory skillsAnalytical skillsInitiativeCommunication skillsTeam playerOpen to changeKnowledge of FCA and ECB regulatory framework applicable to liquidity and the firms underlying business
