Job Description

Role: Money Laundering Reporting OfficerLocation: LondonPermanentSalary: Competitive + BenefitsKey Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as an Approved Person (CF11) and / or SMCR SMF 17, with a proven track record of regulatory liaison relationship building
  • A strong and demonstrated ability to provide Financial Crime advice and a thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on complex Financial Crime issues at all levels, both internally and externally, including regulatory interactions
  • Resolve conflict and deal with confrontation through tact and skill
  • Work independently, but a strong team player
  • Assertive, analytical, accurate and tenacious
  • Display initiative in identifying and presenting solutions to support activities and plans
  • Forward looking and focused on effective processes and increasing efficiency
  • Practical and pro-active approach
  • Self-motivated, and well organised
  • Proven leadership, coaching and development skills
  • A deep understanding of relevant existing, and emerging regulatory requirements
    • Additional Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Eligible to work in the UK without the need of visa support/sponsorship
  • Ideally degree educated, or a strong academic record to at least A level standard
