The Team: Workplace Operations & Supply Chain, through our services and applications, are dedicated to providing an employee experience that drives innovation, collaboration, productivity, and transparency. Our Global Employee Operations Team is central in this effort,by providing platinum support to more than 22,000 employees and more than 500,000 annual visitors in more than 170 offices around the world. We are a close-knit, hardworking team made up of: Service Specialists, Service + Desktop Support, Audio-Visual, and Mobile Technology Support. The Opportunity:The Global Employee Operations Team is integral to the smooth operation of the internal IT systems at Bloomberg. We provide technical support for all in-house IT & Mobile systems. A core part of this group is made up of our Mobile Support Team. This team forms Bloombergs front line, providing level 1 & 2 technical IT & Mobile support for all our employees. You will be part of team responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, whilst upgrading mobile applications and hardware to ensure optimal performance. You will also be responsible for documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems to identifytrends in our environment, whilst striving for first touch resolution alongside a detail-oriented approach to addressing our employees technical needs quickly and efficiently. Support is coordinated via a ticketing system, over the phone or Instant Message. The role will be a combination of providing remote and onsite/in-person support for Laptops, Macs, Smartphones & other mobile devices such as Tablets and MiFis.
