• Konzeption, Aufbau und Realisierung von BI/Data Analytics und End User Monitoring Strukturen im Mobile Apps Umfeld
• Analyse der Anforderungen von Mobile Apps an Monitoring- und Analysestrukturen auf der GCP und an den Cloud Data Lake
• Analyse von Daten zu Mobile App Zahlen/Nutzung und Marktkonkurrenten einschließlich kontinuierlicherund ad-hoc Management Berichte (z. B. zu KPIs oder Gesundheitszustand)
• Zusammenarbeit mit Tribe Leads, Product Ownern, Engineers, Monitoring/Analytics Spezialisten und Security Spezialisten in einem übergreifenden agilen Arbeitsumfeld
• Einhaltung allgemeiner DSGVO-Standards und Sicherheitsmechanismen

Deine Fähigkeiten

• Hochschulabschluss in Informatik (oder vergleichbar) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer (mobilen) Business Intelligence- oder Datenanalytik-Rolle,wünschenswert: mit Bankerfahrung
• Detaillierte Kenntnisse von NewRelic, GCP (Google Cloud Platform) und AppDynamics, Splunk
• Gute Kenntnisse in Datenbankarchitekturen und Abfragesprachen, wie SQL

• Conception, setup and realization of BI/Data Analytics and End User Monitoring structures in the Mobile Apps environment
• Analysis of the requirements of mobile apps for monitoring and analysis structures on the GCP and on the Cloud Data Lake
• Analysis of data on mobile app numbers/usage and market competitors including continuous and ad-hoc management reports (e.g., on KPIs or health status).
• Collaborate with Tribe Leads, Product Owners, Engineers, Monitoring/Analytics Specialists, and Security Specialists in an overall agile work environment
• Compliance with general DSGVO standards and security mechanisms

Your skills and experiences

• University degree in computer science (or equivalent) or comparable work experience
• Several years of professional experience in a (mobile) business intelligence or data analytics role, desirable: with banking experience
• Detailed knowledge of NewRelic, GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and AppDynamics, Splunk
• Good knowledge of database architectures and query languages, such as SQL
