To be successful in this role you will have proven experience as a Financial Crime Lead having previously held the control function SMF17 designation. Due to our continued expansion within the UK&I, the successful candidate could be based in either our London or Newcastle offices. Qualifications Educated to degree level, or equivalent professional experience. Significant, demonstrable experience of managing anti-financial crime processes at an FCA regulated firm, ideally with a funds focus. Passion for prevention of financial crime Previous MLRO or Deputy MLRO designation Great teamwork and strong communication skills Hands on approach and attention to detail Excellent use of Microsoft Office Experience of working to tight deadlines Strong organisational skills
