The firm boasts a bustling commercial portfolio spanning various sectors, including Energy and Renewables, Healthcare, Property, Construction, Travel, andmore.With a dynamic and flexible approach, they compete not only with their rival firms in around the Top 20 but also challenge traditional larger and international CA firms, offering competitive pricing and exceptional service quality.The Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mixed Tax professional currently operating at Manager grade at present or ready to take their 1st step into management to join an ever-growing Tax team. As a Mixed Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providingstrategic Tax advice and guidance to clients across a variety of industries.You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Tax professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on a wide range of Tax matters including corporate Tax, Personal Tax, VAT, and Employment Taxes. (Corporate Tax and Personal Tax experience essential)
• Lead and manage a team of Tax specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Develop and implement Tax planning strategies to optimise clients Tax positions and mitigate risks.
• Review complex Tax computations and returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Tax laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Keep abreast of changes in Tax legislation and regulations, communicating updates and implications to clients and colleagues.
• Contribute to business development activities, including networking, proposal preparation, and client presentations

Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) with extensive experience in mixed Tax advisory roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK Tax laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them in practical situations.
• Proven track record of providing strategic Tax advice to a diverse client base, preferably within a reputable accounting firm.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
