MIS & Contracts Manager - Remote - Home-Based - £45-50k - Permanent Please note: Post pandemic lockdown, one day a week office based in London required.Are you an experienced MIS specialist within the Further Education or Apprenticeships sector Have you worked with PICS or APTEN Do you have experience of working with data and funding A senior position reporting directly to the CEO has been created within a well-established training company based in Central London. As the MIS & Contracts Manager, you will have 5 direct reports and be responsible for ensuring the successful processing of qualification and learner data onto a Management Information System (MIS). The ideal candidate will have solid experience within a similar post, ideally within an Apprenticeship or Education setting. Experience of managing a team is also essential. You will be a self-starter and be able to reach well informed and clear decisions. You will hold excellent organisation, communication and administration skills. You will be responsible for the management of the administration and compliance processes, supporting the team to deliver to ESFA Rules and guidelines. You will be required to work closely with the Sales, Operations & the Finance Team to ensure profiles and performance standards are met.Some of the Key Responsibilities & Objectives: · Work with the Board on the Education and Skills Funding Agency contracts and finances · To configure and maintain standard reporting and analysis tools and templates· Producing and analysing various management reports for the Board and Senior Managers· Provide in-house training for staff in the use of the MIS systems · Work with the Quality and Compliance Director on Ofsted preparation · Manage the Contracts & Compliance team to ensure accuracy and compliance · Accurate and timely reporting of all key data that drives efficiency and productivity of the Operational and Support functions· Manage the team to ensure accurate and timely booking of EPA, reporting of exam pass and fail rates · Manage the Scheduling team to ensure efficient scheduling of the learner training (Face to Face and Connected learning scheduling)If you are interested in the MIS & Contracts Manager role, please contact TeachTech Solutions MIS & Contracts Manager - Remote - Home-Based - £45-50k - Permanent Required skills
