Job Description

Transaction Reporting Operations Analyst OpportunityThis is a new and exclusive opportunity for a Transaction Reporting Operations Analyst to join this thriving bank as they expand their transactions reports team. You will be focused on building reports, and oversee submissions, whilst working towards automation of the processThe role has responsibility for MiFiD II PTT (Post Trade Transparency) and TR (transaction reporting).Role details

  • Title: Transaction Reporting Operations Analyst
  • Permanent role: salary £40-50,000
  • Location: Home working with some office work in London City Bank/ St Pauls
  • Employer: thriving medium sized bank
  • Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience within the investment management or securities industry working with MiFiD II reporting of derivative products
  • Focus of the role: This covers primary MIFID II AND RTS 27
    • Key Job Functions
  • Prepare MiFiD II transaction reports for the Derivatives desk
  • Daily validation of a broad range of transaction reporting to regulators across Europe
  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily reporting exceptions, working with trading areas, legal and compliance, technology and other teams as required
  • Perform reconciliations for accuracy / completeness / timeliness of data
    • Role requirements
  • Regulatory transaction reporting experience in MIFID II (critical) and EMIR (desirable) - should be able to define PTT and TR
  • Knowledge of Derivatives Post trade transparency (PTT)Transaction Reporting (TR)
  • Systems: Prism Bloomberg TradeWeb UnaVista
  • Experience within the investment management or securities industry working with MiFiD II reporting of derivative products
