Job Description

• UX Focused product design role with the Full end to end Design and implementation of a wide variety of different Different Products.
• Working collaboratively with cross functional teams to achieve defined deliverables.

• Planning and Prioritising. Working closely with the squad to plan and prioritise new features and functionality, optimisations and areas of focus together.
• Research activities. Conducting user research and testing to gain a deep understanding of the companies users.
• Product analysis. Conducting competitor analysis to understand feature gaps. Review existing journeys to identify areas of optimisation.
• Experience mapping. Understanding the companies users goals, desires and expectations.
• Ideating. Plan and facilitate co-creation workshops.
• Conceptualising. Developing ideas into wireframes and clickable prototypes.
• Crafting user interfaces.
• Testing and learning. e.g. card sorting, clickable prototypes, usability studies, tree testing, think out loud studies, A/B and multi variant testing.
• Measuring, Prioritising and iterating
• Review implementation.
• Growing the design system.
• Evolving! The company are continually looking to improve and evolve their process by trying new techniques and removing obsolete ones to ultimately ship better products.

Profile

• Candidates who can demonstrate strong end-to-end productdesign competencies. Youll have shipped numerous features and iterations, perhaps across multiple products. Youll have been a productdesigner for some time.
• A natural collaborator - My client highly encourages collaboration within the team, and believe it is a core requirement for this role. Youll be working with a cross-functional team made up of Product Managers, Developers and Analysts,aswell as adopting feedback from the wider ProductDesign team and other business partners.
• Experienced knowledge of design and research tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Clear and confident communicator that can present, demo and articulate their design decisions to your squad and to the companies senior business partners.
• Understanding of Accessibility standards (WCAG AA).
• Passionate curiosity. Youll love asking the whys and questions.

Job Offer

• A very competitive Salary - £50,000 - £60,000.
