Job Description

Position Description Ingeus is all about people, our mission is to enable better lives. We specialise in delivering employment, health, justice and youth services, creating new and improved ways to support everyone daily and drive social change.As our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be joining a small team and building, enhancing, supporting a Dynamics 365 Customer Service CRM solution for Ingeus. This newly created role will have you working with internal as well as external developersand the project team to deliver business requirements while guiding on best value approaches.This role is all about Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience as well as PowerApps and Power Automate experience and your duties will involve the following:

  • Design, Build, Test and Deploy Dynamics 365/ Power Platform solutions
  • Customise Model Driven App and Canvas App to meet business requirements
  • Create custom workflows, dialogs, actions, business process and business rules
  • Write Plugins and Integrations with external applications such as web pages, APIs
  • Show and Tell newly built functionalities to non-technical audiences
  • Maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates
  • Mentor and upskill internal Developers and IT Application Support
  • Produce UpToDate documentation to reflect system changes
  • Work with Business Analysts and key stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Continuously striving to simplify system processes to improve user experience
We are looking for an experienced professional with proven Dynamics 365 Customer Service and PowerApps and Power Automate knowledge with strong technical skills in JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTMLYou will be an expert in the full development lifecycle such as Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Maintenance and ideally have achieved some professional certification.This is a 12 months fixed term position, on offer is a salary of up to £70,000 depending on experience, with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life insurance, private medical care, company pension, additional leave for personal development and communityvolunteering, the opportunity to buy those extra perks such as extra annual leave, critical illness cover, dental insurance and discounted gym membership, wellbeing services and more.Although this is a home/remote working arrangement and we welcome candidates based anywhere in the UK, regular travel to our London offices especially will be required.
