Job Description

Core Consultants are a fresh, innovative start-up consultancy that is applying a different approach to how consulting is sourced and delivered. Our Core is made up of former management consultants from some of the worlds leading data consultancies, broughttogether by a shared sense of frustration that egos, the bottom line, and outright stupidity were stopping them from delivering real innovation and creativity to clients using data.Our offering is simple, we are committed to delivering the most value to our clients.Due to winning several new engagements, we are currently looking to aggressively grow our associate team. As a consequence, we are looking to recruit an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Data Architect to join one of our project engagements within one ofthe UKs foremost Data Innovation teams.Data Architect

  • Responsible for Data design for all line of business applications / systems.
  • Responsible for requirements gathering, design, implementation and security of overall data estate.
  • Working with change team and DBAs to migrate away from existing systems and data storage, as part of long term replatforming project.
  • Manage all day-to-day work and projects on behalf of the team against the fulfilment of strategy.
You will be accountable for:
  • Design authority for all data architecture, with a focus on Microsoft cloud/dataverse technologies.
  • Manage implementation of products, processes and requirements.
  • Own the Roadmap of Data change, partnering with Business Leadership to determine priorities.
  • Manage, support and develop junior members of the team and provide mentoring in your skillsets as needed.
  • Drive efficiencies, and create innovative new solutions and enhancements.
  • Ensure we are compliant will all data consent/privacy legislation across all jurisdictions.
  • Maintain a forward-looking view on all existing and emerging data storage/database and retention technologies.
Skillset required:
  • Data architecture experience
  • Dynamics 365/Dataverse Experience
  • Adaptability to migrate to other systems as part of replatforming roadmap
  • System maintenance, integration and change management processes
  • Experience of at least two end-to-end, preferably integrated, Data migration projects.
  • Experience of managing internal and third-party cost, schedule, quality and risk.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: SQL, D365, Azure Database Technologies.
