We are looking towards the addition of new leaders to strategically and operationally drive these EMEA level alliance relationships forward. In this position you are a top-level Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with expertise in Microsoft D365 & Power Platform ready to succeed in developing Advisory-related Solutions with D365 & PP as the underlying Platform, and then relevant Pre-Sales support aspart of the GTM team. You will work in a solution development and customer-facing role in a dynamic team environment at PwC. As part of an expert team, you are responsible for managing analysis, requirements building, planning, development of solutions, and delivery of serviceson the MS D365 & Power Platform. As a CSA, you provide the D365 & Power Platform subject matter expertise to inform and develop architecture, usage, provisioning, and configuration solutions. Your professional CSA skills and recommendations will guide Solution Teams on optimization of availablecloud-enabled D365 & Power Platform offerings to include integration, aggregation, and orchestration of cloud-based ERP, CRM and Low Code / No Code services for cloud-native workloads or transformation and migration to D365 & Power Platform for optimal performance. This role will own the D365 & Power Platform technical aspect of Solution Development and GTM Pre-sales, including: architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects and/or Proofs of Concepts. The ideal candidate will have experience in customerfacing roles and success leading deep technical architecture and application design discussions with senior customer executives to drive cloud deployment. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide deep technical expertise and support in Solution Development & GTM Pre-Sales in the following areas of specialization: D365 ERP, D365 CRM, and Power Platform.
• Work closely with Solution Teams, end-users, operations, and security leaders to ensure requirements are captured in the architecture design.
• Analyze and rationalize application portfolios and define migration roadmaps and strategies.
• Provide architectural support to the Solution team for developing their Solutions on the D365 and Power Platform.
• Engage stakeholders to gather technical requirements, architect solutions, and execute on deliverables.
• Map customer system / Solution requirements to Microsoft D365 and Power Platform Services by converting technical requirements of a project into architecture and design that guide final products.
• Work directly with clients and PwC solution team members (Solution teams, DevOps engineers and developers) to determine soft dependencies, identify best methods of migration (manual and automated) and define cloud services, architecture, and environmentsfor hosting the Solution.
• Participate in providing technology assessments in support of automation and technology migration initiatives.
• Recommend cloud resource utilization and optimization based on monitored analytics reports on cloud consumption rates, trends, impact areas, and trouble areas.
• Provide innovative methodologies to identify and solve development, migration, performance, scalability, reliability, and availability issues.
• Utilize strong written and oral communications skills to translate architecture solution to PwC Solution Teams, customers and business owners.
• Conduct whiteboard complex architecture reviews, write useful technical collateral, build PoCs, Pilots, and MVPs for customers.
• Act as a contributor or member of a team for projects within a defined area of responsibility; experience working independently in a matrixed team environment.
• Perform a combination of routine, multiple and varying assignments under the general direction of the PM

The role will include:

• Solution development.
• Review existing Microsoft-enabled PwC Solutions from the rest of the network, and evaluate on which all of them can be adopted and delivered in your territory.
• Review existing PwC Solutions / Offerings, and ideate on how we can transform them using Microsoft technologies.
• Ideate with our Solution Partners, Industry Leaders, and Digital Leaders, on what are the new Offerings / Value Propositions that we can develop with Microsoft, and what does a Microsoft-enabled Offering in their area look like.
• Ideate & Develop Industry Transformation Blueprints, Mega Transformations, and Industry Clouds, with Industry & Advisory teams.

Experiences Required - Professional, Technical, and Education:

Demonstrable experience in consulting, cloud application architecture, Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement, D365 Finance and Operations and/or Low code No code app delivery ( Power Platform or other platforms ).

Strong understanding of business applications solutions market trends and value proposition.

Experience and understanding of large-scale application portfolios in enterprise-wide environments.

Deep domain expertise on application development best practices and DevOps, especially as it relates to no-code/low-code development.

Experience in mapping business processes to D365, Power Platform and Azure product capability and solution areas.

Candidates should be experienced in implementing, customizing, operating, maintaining and/or troubleshooting Dynamics 365 environments, ideally in multiple industries. Degree in Computer Scien
