The purpose of the EMEA Alliances team is to channel and spearhead our growth in the tech-enabled transformation space, by working even more closely with our technology partners and clients, and focusing on large scale, cross-territory transformational portfoliosof work. We are looking towards the addition of new leaders to strategically and operationally drive these EMEA level alliance relationships forward. In this position you are a top-level Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with expertise in Microsoft Azure Data, Analytics, ML, AI & Cognitive platforms ready to succeed in developing Advisory-related Solutions with Azure as the underlying Platform, and then relevant Pre-Sales support as part of the GTM team. You will work in a solution development and customer-facing role in a dynamic team environment at PwC. As part of an expert team, you are responsible for managing analysis, requirements building, planning, development of solutions, and delivery of serviceson the MS Azure D&A, ML, AI & Cognitive Platform. As a CSA, you provide the Azure Data & AI subject matter expertise to inform and develop architecture, usage, provisioning, and configuration solutions. Your professional CSA skills and recommendations will guide Solution Teams on optimization of availablecloud-enabled Data, Analytics, ML, AI & Cognitive offerings to include integration, aggregation, and orchestration of cloud-based Data & AI services for cloud-native workloads or transformation and migration to the Azure cloud for optimal performance. This role will own the Azure technical customer engagement including: architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects and/or Proofs of Concepts. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer facing roles and success leading deep technicalarchitecture and application design discussions with senior customer executives to drive cloud deployment. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide deep technical expertise and support in Solution Development & GTM Pre-Sales in the following areas of specialization: Data, Analytics, ML, AI and Cognitive services.
• Work closely with Solution Teams, end-users, operations, and security leaders to ensure requirements are captured in the architecture design.
• Analyze and rationalize application portfolios and define migration roadmaps and strategies
• Provide architectural support to the Solution team for developing their Solutions on the Azure Data, Analytics, ML, AI & Cognitive Platform.
• Engage stakeholders to gather technical requirements, architect solutions, and execute on deliverables.
• Map customer system / Solution requirements to Microsoft Azure Data & AI Services by converting technical requirements of a project into architecture and design that guide final products
• Work directly with clients and PwC solution team members (Solution teams, DevOps engineers and developers) to determine soft dependencies, identify best methods of migration (manual and automated) and define cloud services, architecture, and environmentsfor hosting the Solution.
• Participate in providing technology assessments in support of automation and technology migration initiatives.
• Recommend cloud resource utilization and optimization based on monitored analytics reports on cloud consumption rates, trends, impact areas, and trouble areas.
• Provide innovative methodologies to identify and solve development, migration, performance, scalability, reliability, and availability issues.
• Utilize strong written and oral communications skills to translate architecture solution to PwC Solution Teams, customers and business owners.
• Conduct whiteboard complex architecture reviews, write useful technical collateral, build PoCs, Pilots, and MVPs for customers
• Act as a contributor or member of a team for projects within a defined area of responsibility; experience working independently in a matrixed team environment.
• Perform a combination of routine, multiple and varying assignments under the general direction of the PM

The role will include:

• Solution development.
• Review existing Microsoft-enabled PwC Solutions from the rest of the network, and evaluate on which all of them can be adopted and delivered in your territory.
• Review existing PwC Solutions / Offerings, and ideate on how we can transform them using Microsoft technologies.
• Ideate with our Solution Partners, Industry Leaders, and Digital Leaders, on what are the new Offerings / Value Propositions that we can develop with Microsoft, and what does a Microsoft-enabled Offering in their area look like.
• Ideate & Develop Industry Transformation Blueprints, Mega Transformations, and Industry Clouds, with Industry & Advisory teams.
• Operationalize Joint-GTM efforts between PwC & Microsoft Execs & Teams :
• Solution Leaders Alignment
• Industry Leaders Alignment
• GRP Alignment
• Joint Account Discussions
• Special focus on Strategic Growth Accounts, and Top Priority Accounts.
• Elevate the level of our Client GTM to Board / CXO level Execs.

Experiences Required - Professional, Technical, and Education:

Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.

Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior executives and growing cloud consumption share in large or highly strategic accounts.

Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication.

Extensive experience in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects (where necessary, managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects).

Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas: Database architecture, Big Data, Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, No-SQL databases, Advanced Analytics, Data Mining, ETL. H
