Your role As a Microsoft 365 Business Value Architect, you will be pivotal in enabling & utilizing the continuous deployment of Microsoft 365 Evergreen products and features to support the business. Working with cross functional personnel, you will use your experience to help teams evolve their practices and tailor methodologies to the specific demand and technical topology of the Microsoft 365 products, maximizing business value and enabling wider adoption and transformation of ways of working in the Digital Workplace. Responsibilities include • Working with our internal customers to drive measurable business value and accelerate adoption • Engage with business users through workshops, conversations, and ideation to understand how the Microsoft 365 suite can support and enhance the business in delivering the very best professional service to our clients. • You will represent the "voice of the customer" within the Product team to inform, influence and document business-value driven success stories and shared practices. • You will create well-defined user stories, mapped to the organisational value chain, to add to the product backlog. • You will also create artefacts such as personas and scenarios to shape the product development lifecycle around practitioner needs, helping to define what good looks like. • You will act as an interface between the business and the Microsoft 365 Product Team to guide the strategy and approach for delivery, by helping shape solutions with learnings from practitioners, including their collaborative culture, priorities and constraints. • Communicate with openness, honesty and respect in all situations and be adept at conflict resolution and direction setting. • Identify and help implement evergreen services that will assist in adding business value, meet business needs and support reduction of technical debt. Work pattern: Permanent, full time. Your professional experience • Deep and passionate understanding of Microsoft 365 suite including Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Security features and Teams. • Executive and leadership engagement skills with the ability to create trusted advisor-based relationships throughout the business. • At least 3 years Business change/relationship management experience • Strong communication/training skills to facilitate workshop with large groups of business users • Strong analytical skills to analyse business problems, build case models and map business process to product capability and value • PROSCI / ADKAR expertise • Consultative approach to delivery Your service line: Enabling Functions At Deloitte, were all about making an impact that matters, together.
