We are seeking to appoint an experienced Mentor, Wellbeing and Enrichment Co-ordinator to join our Student Services team. Do you enjoy working with young people and are you passionate about helping them reach their full potential, do you have a passionor interest in the environment, then Capel Manor College is the right place for you!The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, compassion, be able to work in collaboration with all teams and have previous experience of workingwith young people who have mental health, learning difficulties or disabilities, wellbeing or personal development issues.The ideal candidate will be a qualified mentor and have previously worked in an educational setting and supported young people with learningdifficulties and disabilities and have experience of planning and organising events.
