The ISM has doubled in size over the past 10 years and now has over 11,000members who come from every part of the music world.The ISM is looking for a Membership & Services Officer as part of the frontline reception team who are responsible for dealing with membership enquiries. You will have at least 2 years experience of workingin an office environment. You must be confident with databases and understand the importance of accuracy and confidentiality when handling data. You will have an excellent phone manner and be confident at handling telephone and written enquiries solving questionsfrom ISM members and the public quickly. You will have a real commitment to looking after the ISM office environment always willing to go the extra mile and have fantastic attention to detail.
